Refund Policy
This policy explains how refunds work for products and services purchased from ImpactDistribution.IO, operated by Together Films Ltd (“we”, “us”). It sits alongside our Terms of Service and any statutory rights you have under UK/EU consumer law.
1. Digital training courses (one-time purchase)
Because our training courses (including “Introduction to Impact Distribution”) are digital products delivered instantly on purchase, you expressly consent to immediate access and waive the standard 14-day cooling-off period once you start the course.
7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you have not completed more than the first module and email support@impactdistribution.iowithin 7 days of purchase, we will refund the course in full.
2. Annual membership
The annual membership grants access to the private community, live monthly sessions, resource library, and any bundled training.
14-day refund window. You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first membership purchase provided you have not attended more than one live session or downloaded members-only resources.
Renewals. Renewals are non-refundable but can be cancelled at any time to prevent the next renewal. Cancelling keeps access active until the end of the paid period.
3. Impact Cohort (£5,000 place fee)
Places are limited and reserved on payment. Because we accept a small number of teams and turn others away, the place fee is:
- Fully refundable up to 14 days before the cohort start date.
- 50% refundable between 14 and 7 days before start.
- Non-refundable within 7 days of start or once the cohort has begun.
If we cancel a cohort we will refund you in full.
4. Platform subscriptions (Impact Distribution app)
Monthly and annual platform subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel in Settings → Billing at any time to prevent the next renewal.
Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or where a material fault of ours prevented you from using the service for an extended period — in that case email support and we will work with you on a fair resolution.
5. Coaching and 1:1 sessions
Coaching sessions are refundable if cancelled at least 48 hours before the booked time. Later cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable, but we will do our best to reschedule.
6. Bundled and discounted purchases
Where a product is bought as part of a bundle or with a promotional discount, refunds are calculated pro-rata against the discounted price actually paid.
7. How to request a refund
Email support@impactdistribution.io from the address on your account with your order reference. We aim to respond within 2 working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 working days.
8. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, or equivalent EU consumer protection law where applicable.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Material changes affecting existing purchases will be communicated by email.
